These Terms of Use govern access to Franklin County Inmate Population. By browsing this site or using its search tools and links, visitors agree to these terms. Anyone who does not agree should stop using the site.

Franklin County Inmate Population is privately owned and is not affiliated with Franklin County, Sheriff Kyle Bacon, the Franklin County Sheriff's Office & Jail Facility, IDOC, BOP, ICE, Judici, or any court or government agency. Neither this site nor its advertising partners provide consumer reports, private-investigation services, or FCRA-covered screening for credit, employment, insurance, housing, or tenant decisions.

What This Site Is

This site is a private reference resource for Franklin County, Illinois inmate, jail, booking, mugshot, court, and custody lookup information. It does not store official jail rosters, booking photographs, court files, warrants, or state correctional records. It also cannot confirm custody status, release anyone, file a court document, approve bond, or change a public record.

The site points readers to official and public sources such as the Franklin County Sheriff's Office, the county FOIA page, and the Franklin County Judici portal. Some pages may also connect visitors with third-party research or search tools.

Nothing here is an official statement from a sheriff, court, corrections agency, or public body.
